2. Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, images, and pricing at any time without prior notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment through Razorpay. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability
